The task in my hands on customer sites were the installation of the pharmaceutical production equipment, validation of the computerized systems, changing basic spare parts and performing adjustments on the hardware in general. During these on-site tasks, I have met and work with great number of brilliant people. That is easy to tell because I was mostly working on Novartis production sites and their engineers are the best ones of every other country. I am still spending more than 200 days a year working on the customer sites, away from home. Have to tell, it is not easy.
In the year of 2022, I moved to Germany and started to work with Visiott Technologie GmbH which is a sister company of AGE Computer Systems. My work on the customer sites are still ongoing but now the tasks are having more depth. I also developed a wider perspective on pharmaceutical packaging business and traceability. Now working as a software project manager, I am spending most of my time trying to find solutions for the needs of our potential customers or the new claims of current customers.
Being a project manager requires to have great connections with customers and more importantly within the company. I always have been good at building connections with my colleagues even if they are from different departments. I also have a great number of friends who are working at our rival companies, as well.
Traveling different countries, working with people from different cultures, experiencing a very wide selection of jobs. That is how I end up here today. I have collected great stories along the road and the journey is far from over.
I'm passionate about my role because it allows me to play a vital part in ensuring the authenticity of pharmaceutical products, making a positive impact on patient safety and trust.
